This week's topic: Top 2 Things I Want to Accomplish before the End of the Year
This is a tough one. There are always a ton of things I want to accomplish and nowhere near enough time.
1. Get a job
I've been out of school since May. In my defense, I sat on a waiting list for law school until the end of August. Now, however, I have no excuse. I also have no job experience and a political science/spanish degree. Yikes. I would even settle for an unpaid internship. I just need to get out of this perpetual summer funk...and soon.
2. Finish redecorating my room.
I started to clean out my room/closet a few months ago. After moving home from Miami, I basically had two rooms full of stuff and nowhere to put it. So, I started to weed through things and throw things away. This is a huge deal for a packrat like me. BUT, the job isn't finished. I still have things to clean, hang, and organize. It looks like I'll be living at home for a while, so I should start taking this pretty seriously.
By the way, Chuck Norris just left my family a message on our answering machine on behalf of the NRA. Hilarious.
Yayyyy for Tuesdays! I swear, it's about the only time of the week that I blog anymore. And, I hear you on the room cleaning. It's weird seeing how much stuff you own when you bring half of your life's junk back with you from college. haha. My room was a wreck for a solid month.

I can help you job-hunt,,it's insane how exhausting it is to look for jobs/fill out apps then get rejected lol,,but the first step is getting yourself/your name out there :) anddd i'm incred proud of you for how much weeding out you've actually done, like you said- impressive for a packrat ;) xo
